PORK CHOP - N - POTATO BAKE 
6 pork chops
1 tbsp. oil
Salt
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can French fried onions

Brown pork chops in oil (350 degrees) with 1/2 salt; set aside. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper, and 1/2 salt. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese, and 1/2 can onions. Put into 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with pork chops; cover with foil and bake 40 minutes. Uncover and top with 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can onions. Bake 5 minutes.
