PEAR HONEY 
6 lbs. pears, peeled & cored
5 lbs. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Grind pears, mix sugar and pineapple in pears immediately to prevent turning dark. Bring to a boil and boil about 30 minutes, or until syrup clears. Stir constantly. Pour in hot jars and seal.
