SWEDISH MEATBALLS | |
3 lb. hamburger salt and pepper 1 pkg. onion soup mix (dry) 1 onion, chopped 1 1/2 c. milk 1 c. bread crumbs 2 cans cream of celery soup 3/4 c. water Mix first seven ingredients together, roll by hand into small meatballs and fry in skillet. When done, remove balls from skillet and remove excess fat. In same skillet, pour in soup and water and heat through. Add meatballs and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve over noodles |
