SQUASH CUSTARD 
4 c. cooked squash, mashed (About 4 sm. squash)
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Boil and mash squash. Combine all ingredients, mix well. Pour into 2 greased pie plates. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until brown.
