POPPY SEED DRESSING 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Combine sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard and salt in container of blender, blend well. Add oil slowly while blender is running. Continue to blend until mixture is thick.

Stir in poppy seeds. Cover and refrigerate until mixture is chilled. Stir before serving. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
