CHOCOLATE LUSH 
1ST MIXTURE:

1 stick melted butter
1 c. flour
1/3 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix together. Pat into 9"x13" pan. Bake 15 to 18 minutes at 350 degrees or until light brown. Cool.

2ND MIXTURE:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Mix sugar and cream cheese. Stir in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.

3RD MIXTURE:

2 (4 oz.) boxes instant pudding (chocolate & vanilla)
3 c. cold milk

Mix together. Beat at lowest speed for 2 minutes or package directions. Spread evenly over 2nd mixture. Ice top with remaining Cool whip. Sprinkle nuts on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 5 to 6 hours. May use other pudding flavors.
