JIMMY CARTER CAKE | |
1 c. flour 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/3 c. peanut butter 1 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding 1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1 stick butter 1 c. confectioners' sugar 2 c. whipped topping 3 3/4 c. milk 1 c. dry roasted peanuts 1 chocolate bar Mix together flour and butter; press into bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes; cool. Mix together cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, peanut butter and 1 cup whipped topping. Spread on crust. Mix together chocolate and vanilla pudding and milk. Beat until thick. Spread on top of cheese mixture. Spread 1 cup whipped topping on top of pudding mixture. Chop nuts and grate chocolate. Sprinkle over top. Let chill before serving. |
