4 med. onions 1 bunch green onions, chopped 1/2 bunch parsley, chopped 1 whole chicken, deboned 2 lb. kielbasa sausage, cut into 1/2" pieces 4 c. rice 8 c. water, chicken stock 2 chicken bouillon cubes 1/4 clove garlic 2 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet In stock pot saute onions and garlic, until green onions wilt. Add parsley. Brown sausage separately. Add water, Kitchen Bouquet, bouillon. Add chicken and sausage to water. Bring to boil. Add black and red pepper, salt season to taste. When water boils add rice. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. If still too liquidy, remove cover, stir and cook off juice. |
