ARMADILLO EGGS 
Jalapeno peppers
Bisquick mix
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. cheddar
1 lb. Monterey Jack
Pork Shake and Bake

Brown ground meat; drain. Prepare Bisquick as directed on package. Mix prepared Bisquick, browned ground meat and cheeses. Slice jalapenos and remove seeds. Take small ball of mixture and pat flat. Pack jalapeno with jack cheese. Roll mixture around jalapeno. Roll like a tamale and fold like egg roll. Roll in Shake and Bake. It is best to work on wax paper. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
