RANCH EGGS | |
2 lbs. hamburger 1 can red beans Soft tortilla shells 1 pkg. taco seasoning 1 clove garlic Green peppers 1 med. onion 5 eggs, fried 3 tbsp. salsa (optional) 1/2 c. water 1 can tomatoes Grease 9x13 inch pan and layer with tortilla shells. Simmer hamburger mixture and pour on shells, then layer the eggs and then a layer of tortilla shells and last layer rest of hamburger mixture. Top with Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno and Cheddar and put in oven at 350 degrees until cheese is melted. Serve with tomatoes, lettuce, onion, sour cream, salsa, and cheese. |
