KEY LIME PIE | |
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 tbsp. sugar 4 tbsp. butter, melted Stir together. Press into pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely. FILLING: 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 1/2 c. key lime juice 1 c. honey or whipped cream Combine condensed milk and key lime juice in a large bowl. Beat honey (or whipping cream) to stiff peaks. Fold in until blended. Put into crust. Garnish with lime slices. Freeze. |
