3 lbs. beef roast 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup Cut beef in 1 inch pieces. Put in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Add mushroom soup, just spoon it on. Then sprinkle on the onion soup mix. Cover with foil. Bake at 250 degrees for 6 hours. When finished mash with a fork. It's great. |
