PEACH COBBLER 
1 (1 lb. 14 oz.) can sliced peaches
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 c. unsifted flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Fleischmann's butter
1/2 c. skim milk

Drain peaches, reserve 3/4 cup syrup. Combine 1/4 cup sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg. Blend in syrup. Heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. Stir in peaches. Pour into 8-inch square baking dish.

Combine flour, 1 tablespoon sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add milk, stirring to moisten. Drop by spoonfuls over peach mixture. Bake at 475 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
