CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
1 head cauliflower
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 tsp. butter, melted

Cook cauliflower 10-15 minutes, drain and chop. Mix soup and next 4 ingredients. Add chopped cauliflower - spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over cauliflower mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 6-8 servings.
