BROWN SUGAR ALMOND 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. butter, soft
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 1/2 tsp. instant coffee
2 eggs

Cream butter and sugars together. Add eggs and instant coffee; mix well. Add flour with spices. Divide dough in half. Make into a roll and wrap in wax paper or tin foil. Put in freezer. Next day slice and put on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
