NO CRUST COCONUT PIE 
3/4 stick butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 c. milk
7 oz. coconut
2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Cream butter and sugar well. Add eggs one at the time. Beat well between each egg. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into 2 greased 9 inch pie pans and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees or until brown.
