NO CRUST COCONUT PIE 
4 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 c. whole milk
3/4 stick butter, melted
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. tropical flake coconut

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and stir until well blended. Grease two 9 inch pie plates. Divide mixture evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: two 9 inch pies.
