SCALLOP SAUCE 
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. oil
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar

Measure all ingredients into a jar. Cover and shake. Set aside for flavors to blend or store in refrigerator. Keep mixing well as you use it as a basting sauce for grilled scallops.
