SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hot sausage (browned)
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk
6 slices cubed bread (no crust)
1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a sprayed casserole dish (13x9x2 inch or similar size). Let set 12 hours in refrigerator. Cook 1 hour at 325 degrees. Makes a great breakfast or brunch dish for overnight guests.

have made a bvariation of this recipe, using Cream Of Chicken soup and it then tastes almost like dressing--Did leave the Cheddar Cheese out. If any one else has made this type Grits casserole, please advise. Have lost my recipe, was a portion of a grits bag and have lost it.
