red and yellow apples
pineapple juice

Slice red and yellow apples into a bowl. Cover with pineapple juice. Soak overnight.

Amaretto Dip For Apples:

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. Amaretto
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix well and place in dipping bowl in center of plate of apple slices. Very good!
