PARTY SALAD 
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. whipped cream
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped

Put pineapple in cooking pan and add Jello. Cook until Jello is dissolved. Add several drops green food coloring for color. Let mixture cool. In separate bowl, cream cheese. Add whipped cream, nuts, and celery. Add above to Jello mixture. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. No salad dressing is necessary. I use a round Jello mold. For a Christmas salad, some pimento can be added.
