OATMEAL BALLS 
4 1/2 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. milk
1 stick butter, softened
4 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. almond extract
8 tbsp. sugar
Chocolate and colored sprinkles

Mix first 4 ingredients (best if use hands). Refrigerate 1 hour. Form into bite-size balls (1 inch in diameter). Roll balls in sprinkles.
