UNBAKED OATMEAL BALLS 
1/2 c. peanut butter
2/3 c. instant oatmeal
1/4 c. instant dry milk
4 tbsp. honey
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. coconut

Combine all ingredients. Make small balls of the mixture. Roll in coconut to coat.

Refrigerate 2 hours before eating.

Keep stored in refrigerator in an air-tight container.
