APPLE MUFFINS 
2 c. unsifted flour
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. milk
1/2 cube melted butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped fresh apples
Powdered sugar

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease muffin pans. In large bowl mix flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir in milk to flour mixture until completely moistened. Fold in apples.

Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 20-25 minutes or until light brown. Remove and serve with sprinkled powdered sugar.
