2 lbs. ground chuck
3 tsp. salt
4 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. sour cream
12 green onions, chopped, with tops
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Brown meat. Simmer 10 minutes. Combine hot noodles with cream cheese; add sour cream and onions. Layer with the noodle mixture and top with grated cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
