SALISBURY STEAKS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 whole egg
1 whole small onion, chopped
1/2 c. milk
1 c. crushed cornflakes
1 tsp. salt
Pinch black pepper
1 whole can mushroom soup

Combine all ingredients, except soup. Form mixture into six patties. Roll in flour, brown in fat. Place in baking dish. Cover with mushroom soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 6 servings.
