MOCK SALISBURY STEAK 
1 can Franco American beef gravy
2 lbs. ground chuck
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 3/4 c. milk

Mix all together. Pat into patties or balls. Dredge in flour and brown on both sides 8 minutes. Add beef gravy or mushroom gravy with 1/4 to 1/2 cup water and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 10 to 14 patties.
