MOCK ABALONE STEAK 
4 chicken breasts, skinned, boned, and tenderized
1 bottle clam juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 eggs, beaten
Bread crumbs

Marinate chicken in clam juice at least 8 hours (you can freeze in marinade which I prefer to do). Dip in egg, then bread crumbs. Quick fry 3 to 4 minutes on each side, then lower heat and cook until done.
