SARA ANNE'S STUFFING 
1 pkg. prepared stuffing mix (A & P brand is the best)
3 stalks celery, sliced (more or less to taste)
1 sm. onion, diced
1 lb. log of frozen sausage meat, thawed
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
1 stick butter
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. water

Saute celery, onion, sausage, and spinach in the butter. Add the seasoning packet (from the stuffing mix), and the water. Simmer for 5 minutes, then add the bread cubes (from the stuffing mix) and the cooked rice. Mix gently and enjoy.

Can substitute another vegetables, ex., shredded carrot, broccoli, etc., if you don't like spinach or want to be creative.
