TURKEY STEW 
2 c. diced turkey
2 1/2 c. frozen baby limas
1 (17 oz.) can corn, undrained
1 med. chopped onion
2 c. turkey or chicken broth
1 can tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer 1 hour or until thick, stirring occasionally. Great for leftover turkey.
