SUMMER SAUSAGE 
2 lbs. hamburger
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 c. water
2 tbsp. Mortons tenderquick salt
1 tbsp. mustard seed

Mix and set overnight. Shape into 2 rolls and wrap in foil. Bake on cookie sheet 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Reduce heat to 250 degrees and bake another 1/2 hour. Open foil, drain, and let dry. Okay to freeze.
