SUGAR CREAM PIE 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 c. whole milk
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
cinnamon
nutmeg

Melt butter. Add sugar, milk, cornstarch and salt. Cook until it bubbles. Pour into baked pie shell and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon and nutmeg.

Bake 10 minutes at 400°F.
