STUFFED CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 med. head cabbage
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. milk
1 sm. onion
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 egg
1 sm. can tomato paste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 cans beef broth
2 c. water

Parboil cabbage in boiling water 5 minutes. Separate leaves and set aside. Using 20 leaves. Mix beef, milk, onion, garlic salt, rice, egg, 1/2 can tomato paste, salt and pepper. Place small cabbage leaf in large leaf, place 1/3 cup meat mixture in center of small leaf. Roll both leaves around meat, fasten with toothpicks. Combine remaining ingredients, bring to boil. Add cabbage rolls, simmer for 2 hours. Yield: 10 servings.
