1 pkg. Duncan Hines Devil's Food cake mix
1/4 c. oil
1 1/4 c. water
1 c. chocolate chips (6 oz.)
2 eggs
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour oil into 13x9x2 pan until pan is covered with oil. Put remaining ingredients in pan and stir with a fork. Bake 35-45 minutes.
