BETHANY'S APPLE CINNAMON MUFFINS 
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 tsp. cinnamon powder
1 cup finely chopped apples

TOPPING:

2 tsp. brown sugar
cinnamon powder

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Mix together flour, sugar, cinnamon and baking powder. Then in the same bowl mix milk, butter, egg and chopped apples. Place cupcake wrappers in muffin tin. Then add batter to each.

Sprinkle cinnamon and as much brown sugar on top as you want.

Bake at 375°F for 18 to 20 minutes.

Makes 12 muffins.
