CHRISTMAS SALAD | |
1 pkg. Jello, lime 1 pkg. Jello, lemon 1 pkg. Jello, red 1/2 lb. marshmallows 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1 c. whipped cream 1 med. can pineapple, crushed & drained 5 c. water, boiling 1. Dissolve lime Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Chill well. 2. Mix lemon Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add marshmallows and cream cheese. Let melt over double boiler. Then cool but don't let mixture get cold. Then add mayonnaise, whipped cream and pineapple. Pour mixture over the chilled lime Jello. Let chill and set well. 3. Mix red Jello mixed with 2 cups boiling water. Cool and pour over the other mixture. |
