PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
3 tbsp. butter
4 pork chops
4 potatoes
1 onion (optional)
1 beef bouillon cube
1 c. water
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper

Brown pork chops in butter; set aside. Slice potatoes and onions and put into deep frying pan. Salt and pepper potatoes. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes. Add water and dissolve bouillon cube. Put pork chops on top of potatoes and cover with tight lid. Cook on medium heat until potatoes are tender. The steam from potatoes will finish cooking the meat.
