I have always use a recipe similar to this you can also mix sour cream with your mushroom soup and mix refried bean to ground beef mixer and add taco seasoning to give it that kick and add a little bit of salsa to yours when you eat it delicious...

Loved it. Instead of the onions, I used a pack of Ranch Dressing and a pack of Taco Seasoning. I did add some onion powder to the meat while cooking.

I have a recipe that is identical to this one except that you use 2 boiled chicken breasts, chopped, instead of the beef and you add 1 soup can full of chicken broth (from the boiled chicken) instead of the can of corn. I just put the chopped chicken into the soup mixture and pour over the layer of chips. The recipe as shown is really a tasty recipe and can be tweaked different ways for a different taste. I have also used my version with the chicken and added it to cooked spaghetti instead of the chips and baked and it was really good.

This is a tasty recipe and very easy to throw together. I add corn to mine, and some times use con queso cheese dip instead of the cream soups. Like to serve with sour cream, cilantro and even a little shredded lettuce. I like to also use some green onions on top too. So many variations.. Yummy!

I am thinking of trying this, but I am going to mix it up and use Catalina salad dressing instead of the cream soups. I am not a fan of cream soups, I think the dressing would work great :)
