PISTACHIO COFFEE CAKE | |
1 yellow cake mix 1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding (small) 4 eggs 1/4 c. water 1/4 c. oil 1/2 pt. (8 oz.) sour cream 4 drops green food coloring 4 tsp. cinnamon 4 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 c. nuts Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, oil, sour cream and food coloring. Mix well and pour into a bundt pan. Combine cinnamon, sugar and nuts for topping; sprinkle on batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
