JIFFY TORTILLA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (1 1/4 oz.) env. taco seasoning mix
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, undrained
6 med. flour tortillas, cut in half
1/2 c. shredded Jack cheese
3/4 c. sour cream
Sliced jalapeno chili, optional

Brown ground beef in skillet and drain off excess fat. Stir in seasoning mix and half of stewed tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Line small baking dish with half of tortilla halves. Top with half of meat, then with remaining stewed tomatoes. Top with remaining tortilla halves, then remaining meat. Mix cheese and sour cream and spread over meat. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until heated through. Garnish with jalapeno slices.
