APPLE BUTTER CRUNCH 
6 apples, peeled & sliced
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon together. Drop apples into flour mixture. Mix together. Grease square baking pan with butter. Place apple mixture into greased pan. Prepare topping.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. oats
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. butter, softened

Combine all 4 ingredients into a medium size bowl. Using a pastry blender, cut butter into dry ingredients. Sprinkle over top of apples. Bake at 375 degrees, check after 20 to 25 minutes.
