APPLE CARAMEL CRUNCH 
7-9 apples, sliced
1 c. sugar

Mix through apples. Place in casserole.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and put over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
