CANNELLONI ROMA 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. (2 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. water
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
8 manicotti shells, uncooked
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Brown meat, drain. Add onions and cook until tender. Stir in 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, egg, seasoning. Fill manicotti shells. Place in 10 x 6 inch dish for baking. Pour combined tomatoes, tomato sauce and water over manicotti shells. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Melt.
