ZUCCHINI KEISH 
3 c. zucchini (about 4 small ones, sliced thinly, unpeeled, drained well on paper towels
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
Dash pepper
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Mix ingredients. Spread in pan. Bake approximately 25 minutes until golden brown. Cut into squares, then triangles. Can substitute zucchini with spinach, broccoli, artichoke hearts, etc.
