BAKED CHICKEN ENCHILADA 
1 dozen tortillas
1 onion
2 cans cream of chicken soup
4 cans boned chicken
1 can chopped green chiles
6 slices Swiss cheese

Grease 9 x 9 dish and place layer of flate fried (soft, not crisp) tortillas on bottom. Saute onion, add chopped green chiles, chicken soup, and flaked chicken.

Cover tortillas with cream mixture and repeat layers until all ingredients are used. Pour additional soup over all and top with cheese.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
