CARROT - AMBROSIA SALAD 
1 lb. carrots, shredded
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) carton commercial sour cream
3/4 c. flaked coconut
3/4 c. golden raisins
2 tbsp. honey

Combine all ingredients, tossing well. Cover and chill. Yields 6-8 servings.
