AMBROSIA 
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can mandarin oranges
2 apples, cubed
3 bananas
1 c. seedless grapes
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. salad cherries
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. sugar

Combine fruit and nuts in a large bowl. Mix mayonnaise, sugar and milk together. Beat until smooth. Pour over fruit mixture. Sprinkle with grated coconut, if desired.
