ARSONIST'S DELIGHT 
1 c. preserved, pitted bing cherries, room temperature
1/4 c. slightly warm brandy
2 tbsp. kirsch
Vanilla ice cream

Add warm brandy to room temperature cherries. Ignite brandy, adding kirsch when flame dies. Serve hot over vanilla ice cream.

Note: Presentation is very important with this dessert. Dim the lights and use a good looking serving dish (or servant) that's fireproof!!
