CAULIFLOWER POTATO SALAD 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen cauliflower, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 med. dill pickle (or sweet)
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. dehydrated onion
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. pimento, chopped
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
Artificial sweetener to equal 4 tsp.

Cook cauliflower, drain and chop. Add all other ingredients and chill. Makes a very large salad. (I always double this. If you don't tell anyone, they will think it is potato salad.)
