REVA'S CAULIFLOWER & HAM CHOWDER 
2 cups cauliflower, sliced
1 medium onion, diced
12 oz chicken broth
4 cups potato soup
1/2 tsp basil
dash of thyme
1 can cream of broccoli soup
2 cups diced ham
shredded cheese (optional)
crumbled bacon (optional)

Cook cauliflower & onion in chicken broth until tender.

Mix potato soup, basil, thyme and cauliflower together and cook until bubbly. Add cream of broccoli soup and ham. Simmer until hot.

Garnish with cheese and bacon.
